How to place an order
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. To proceed with an order, you must be a private and not a business consumer. If so, please, contact us writing an email to info@minimu.it
To proceed with the purchase, you agree to provide personal information, needed for invoice and delivery.
Please, check that all data are correct and complete, as you cannot modify them in any case after sending your order.
To process an order, follow our guided procedure. You will be able to check all order info in the summary sheet which includes selected articles, relative prices and taxes or fees, payment methods, delivery times and shipping costs.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that we have accepted/processed/and deliverd your order.
If some of the ordered product are out of stock, we will inform you about it through email, but the rest of the order will be transacted regularly. We will get in touch with you directly explaining how and why the order was modified and the way we will refund the amount of missing items from your original order.
All features of the items you are buying are described in the technical sheets of our store.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Shipping policy
Orders will be processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 9am to 6pm (EST) and may take up to 2 business days to process prior to shipping.
The estimated time for delivery to your country, outside Italy, needs additiornal 4-5 business days.
Minimù is not responsible for any issues that may occur once the package leaves our hands. Please contact the carrier if any issues arise.
International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes required within their country. We cannot estimate or cover duties or taxes on international orders.

Delivery costs will be calculated in addition to the purchase prices:
– euro 5,00 for deliveries within the Italian territory
– euro 12,00 for deliveries within Europe
– international destinations: shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination
– free delivery for orders above 100,00 euro (Italy)
– free delivery for orders above 150,00 euro (Europe)
Check if you can use some discount code in order to receive reductions on your order amount. Fill in the code during purchase transaction.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

All payment methods are safe and secure.
The ownership of the articles is transferred from the seller to the customer once the payment is successfully received.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Check integrity and compliance of the ordered items as soon as you receive them.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to shipping conditions and anyway after leaving our offices.
We accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of delivery. You will receive a bonus to be used within 90 days.
Retured items must be unworn and unwashed and must have all original packaging, including accessories and tags attached. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing your refund from the date we receive your package.
If you need to change color or size of the ordered item, you have to ask for a return, and once we have received it, you need to place a new order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. If asked, we will provide a return shipping label but will deduct euro 5,00 (italy) or euro 12,00 (Europe) from the refund.
